I am a highly accomplished, passionate and dynamic entrepreneurial business change leader, with over 25 years’ experience in Consumer, FMCG and retail sectors, across the C-suite and beyond; covering Commercial, Operations, IT, Property, Procurement, Energy Management, Buying/Trading, Logistics, Finance and Administration.
My experience is in delivering successful change and transformation projects, above trend cost reductions and growth, with a relentless focus on the core intersect of people, process and technology, crucially underpinned by data. Strategic business driven change enabled by technology is at the core of my experience, having overseen profitable scaled growth driven from change at large corporate (Aldi Stores), small (ETS) and medium (Zyrofisher / CheaperWaste / Campus & Co) sized organisations.
