Throughout my career, I have enjoyed roles such as National Director, IT Operations Director, and Commercial & Finance Director for both Corporate and SME businesses. I have sat on a number of boards and have experience of expansion to new territories, infrastructure change, strategic leadership and
much more.
All my roles have given me a wealth of expertise in growth and optimisation, together with people, culture, processes, and technology skills, within the Retail, Training and Education, Sustainability & Energy Management, and Commercial Waste Management service sectors. I have a catalogue of examples where I have achieved rapid and sustainable growth for clients, as well as evidence based reductions in overheads, positively impacting bottom line.
From my location in the North East of England I am perfectly placed to assist organisations across the UK.
